This place is the best. They are patient, friendly, and very reasonable with transparent pricing. I brought my dog in on a Sunday morning and they treated her very quickly. Our family dogs have been here twice. The first time it was due to some back pain my young dog was experiencing. They treated her quickly, well and accurately. The second time while unfortunate and had to say goodbyes, the staff was still quick, well and accurate. The room was comfortable and everyone was very professional and kind. I have to say this place is wonderful!! We unfortunately had to put our doggie to sleep on a Sunday evening…they were open and honest with us letting us know it was time to let him go! They waited for my husband and youngest daughter to get there before they did anything. Let us spend as much time as we needed with him before taking him away. For being a horrible time they made it the best they could. They took care of the after care and we got him back home with in a week. I can’t thank you all enough for the honesty, care, and understanding you gave our family and our Chico!

Very compassionate care for our 12-year-old Corgi, Buddy. Dr. Jaycox was highly informative as to our options. Our final decision was for the most humane option to let our Buddy Bear crossover. We will always be thankful for Dr. Jaycox and the kind vet techs that loved on our Buddy until the end.

Had to take our pup for stitches. The staff was so friendly and caring. We immediately felt our pup was in good hands. The office was extremely clean. We had no wait and were in and out within 30 minutes. This is a great place to go if you have a pet emergency without spending an arm and a leg. And no appointment is needed!

They helped my baby after she got attacked by another dog. They have viewing windows to keep an eye on them during parts of the process which I found super helpful as I was super stressed and didn’t want to separate from my pup. Terry (vet tech) was great, a big piece of why I love this place. Will definitely return, but hope to not have to 😅
